proactive people for the role of Client Support Consultant with French, German or Dutch
(HYBRID).
Essential Responsibilities:
* Serve as the first point of contact, delivering professional and friendly support to customers;
* Foster positive customer experiences with every interaction;
* Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns across voice and written
communication channels;
* Manage order-related issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction;
* Leverage technical knowledge to stay updated on emerging technologies and troubleshoot
effectively.
Requirements:
* Excellent written communication skills in German, Dutch or French, along with English proficiency;
* Commitment to delivering high-quality service and resolving customer concerns;
* Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer service role (retail, contact centers,
consumer electronics, or related fields);
* Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment;
* Strong organizational skills and a problem-solving mindset.
