Chief Accountant
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Consolidate financial statements for multiple legal entities and provide timely financial analysis and forecasts.
- Lead the budgeting and cost control processes, ensuring sufficient liquidity and investment of idle funds.
- Oversee accounting audits and analyze financial indicators to implement preventive measures.
- Facilitate decision-making across functions by evaluating investment projects and driving financial strategies.
- Develop and manage a geographically dispersed accounting team while engaging key stakeholders and implementing standardized HR processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, regulatory compliance, and experience in consolidating financial statements.
- Proven experience in budgeting, cost control, liquidity management, and financial analysis.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and develop geographically dispersed teams.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with key stakeholders and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in drafting and implementing financial policies, procedures, and preventive plans.
- Fluent in English
