Location: Business Center Serdika, Guyeshevo 83, Sofia

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 12 months experience in supply chain management or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge and skills in purchasing processes and managing operations across the entire supply chain system.
  • Comprehensive understanding of procurement processes and basic knowledge of materials and supply chain management functions.
  • Solid grasp of the end-to-end procure-to-pay process.
  • Proficiency in Task Management Systems, ERP, and BI software.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French, Italian, or Spanish is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Experience in the healthcare cosmetics sector is advantageous but not required.
  • A valid Bulgarian work permit or EU passport is essential, as we are unable to provide immigration assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the efficiency of the pay process, with responsibilities including:
    • Processing purchase requests and making decisions based on commercial criteria such as pricing, delivery time, payment terms, and necessity.
    • Handling all purchase orders according to the company's standard procedures and contractual terms.
    • Engaging in daily communication with suppliers regarding orders, requirements, delivery volumes, updates, and problem resolution.
    • Managing day-to-day supplier interactions, including order placements, communication of demand changes, and issue resolution.
    • Monitoring orders to evaluate supplier performance in terms of delivery accuracy, quality, and adherence to terms.
    • Managing purchase orders for assigned categories, ensuring delivery and invoice accuracy.
    • Preparing supplier evaluations, managing supplier selection, and verifying orders.
    • Ensuring internal compliance with contracts, preferred suppliers, and contracted pricing, including periodic audits of automated purchase orders.
    • Adhering to company standards and policies to achieve stated objectives.
    • Meeting agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.
    • Monitoring and reporting on non-compliance.
    • Communicating effectively and responsibly with departments directly involved in the supply chain.
    • Promptly addressing queries with producers and partners.
