Job Description
Sutherland is seeking an attentive and goal-oriented person to join us as Business Customer Service Analyst. We are a group of driven and hard-working individuals. Customer service, Technical Support and Data analysis for retail industry business client. Data provided is used by retailers to get traffic insight and better manage their business. Business Customer services and Tier 1 technical support on hardware, connectivity and data related issues with the product."
Qualifications
- Very good communication skills in Portuguese written, verbal, and listening.
- English (B2 level) - needed for the training and internal communication.
- Experience in a customer service and/or technical support environment is a plus.
- Demonstrate a passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.
- Have a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret and communicate data.
- Be able to troubleshoot basic issues related to technology.
- Very familiar with computer operating systems.
- The primary purpose of a Business Customer Support Analyst is to provide first class service by responding to inbound emails and phone calls from customers, perform outbound contacts and resolve cases related to technical issues and data accuracies.
