Job Description

Handle Business customer outbound and inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
Provide first line of technical support to hardware used in the retail business.
Handle tickets related to technical and data accuracy issues.
Proactively monitor and own the cases until resolution.

Qualifications

  • Very good communication skills in German written, verbal, and listening.
  • English (B1 level) - needed for the training and internal communication.
  • Experience in a customer service and/or technical support environment is a plus.
  • Demonstrate a passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.
  • Have a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret and communicate data.
  • Be able to troubleshoot basic issues related to technology.
  • Very familiar with computer operating systems.
  • The primary purpose of a Business Customer Support Analyst is to provide first class service by responding to inbound emails and phone calls from customers, perform outbound contacts and resolve cases related to technical issues and data accuracies.
