What You’ll be Doing

Do you have a passion for organization and perfecting small details? Are you task oriented and love helping others? In this role, you’ll interact with other team members to research, answer questions and solve problems while performing back office and administrative type functions, related to managing all operational and quality performance related matters. Whether it’s getting answers for internal customers quickly or resolving their issues with a smile, you’ll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

  • Support the customer service team by dotting the i's and crossing the t's to complete the customer experience
  • Ensure accuracy of data and research to ensure a positive experience
  • Sending and validating documentation, working in databases to check information correctness

What You Bring to the Role

  • 1+ year of experience in the customer service and/or service delivery sectors
  • A solution-oriented mindset to ensure happy customers, paired with strong initiative towards process optimization, knowledge acquisition and quality assurance.
  • Great written and verbal communication skills in French (C1 level and above) and English (B2 level and above)
  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business or related fields
  • Computer experience, including reporting and data management tools
  • Experience in a virtual team environment
