Bilingual Communication Services Support Expert in German and Italian

For one of our clients – a service provider that assists public and private sector organizations
in optimizing processes and enhancing customer interactions, we are looking for – Bilingual
Communication Services Support Expert in German and Italian.

Responsibilities:
*Offer professional customer support via phone, email, and chat in German and Italian;
*Assist clients with any issues, questions, or concerns related to communication services,
providing clear guidance and support;
*Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing clear, concise, and accurate information;
*Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and provide solutions;
*Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.

Requirements:
*Proficiency in German and Italian (both spoken and written);
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
*Experience in customer support or communication services is a plus;
*Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues;
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
*Knowledge of communication tools and services is a bonus.
