Beauty Scout/Sales Specialist for Beauty Competitions
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic people to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for scouting potential contestants for the beauty competitions, as well as promoting and selling participation opportunities to fashion designers. This position requires excellent English language skills, Instagram and social media marketing skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for fashion and beauty.
Key Responsibilities
Scouting Talent:
– Utilize various channels, including social media platforms like Instagram, to identify potential contestants for beauty competitions.
– Engage with individuals who demonstrate potential and interest in participating in beauty pageants or competitions.
– Build and maintain a network of contacts within the beauty and fashion industry to identify emerging talents.
Sales and Promotion
– Promote participation opportunities in beauty competitions to potential contestants.
– Communicate effectively with prospective participants to highlight the benefits and opportunities associated with competing.
– Close sales and secure commitments from individuals interested in participating in beauty competitions.
– Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase awareness of our competitions and attract more contestants.
Relationship Management
– Build strong relationships with current and potential contestants, providing them with support and guidance throughout the competition process.
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive contestant experience and successful execution of beauty competitions.
– Address any concerns or inquiries from contestants in a professional and timely manner.
Market Research
– Stay updated on current trends in the beauty and fashion industry to identify market opportunities and potential areas for growth.
– Conduct competitor analysis to understand their strategies and offerings, and identify ways to differentiate our competitions.
Qualifications
– Interests in marketing, communications, fashion, or related field preferred
– Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles.
– Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
– Proficiency in using Instagram and other social media platforms for marketing and communication purposes.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with individuals effectively.
– Energetic and enthusiastic personality, with a genuine passion for fashion and beauty.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
– Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
