The role involves providing infrastructural support for the application environment, troubleshooting server, cloud, and performance-related issues, and ensuring timely resolution of technical incidents. This is a fully remote opportunity with standard working hours and the option to use a co-working space in Sofia.

Application Support Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Support their client's stakeholder base in using their innovative data-driven platform;
• Troubleshoot & resolve technical issues regarding our client's variety of data solutions;
• Maintain technical documentation and backlogs for problem replication and resolution;
• Ensure that SLAs for Response Time & Resolution Time are consistently met;
• Provide correct and complete support escalations and bug reports;

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of a similar work experience as a Support Engineer for an enterprise software product;
• Experience in administrating Linux-based applications;
• Experience with relational databases (SQL, Postgres) and understanding of ETL;
• Good knowledge about web servers (e.g. Apache and Nginx);
• Basic understanding of cloud environments (AWS preferred), including common cloud services;
• Comprehension of Java or Python-written code for debugging purposes;
• Fluent English.
