Job Description

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team as an Airline Reservation Specialist. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about customer service and have a keen interest in the travel industry. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, helping them with their airline reservations, and ensuring they have a pleasant experience throughout the process. Proficiency in both Italian and English is essential for this role.

Qualifications

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide outstanding customer support by handling inquiries related to flight reservations, ticket changes, and cancellations via phone or email.
- Assist customers in planning and booking their travel itineraries, ensuring all needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information and options to customers.
- Resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with other departments as necessary to solve complex issues and deliver seamless service.
- Record and manage customer details and interactions accurately in the company database.
- Contribute to team goal achievement by actively participating in team meetings and sharing best practices.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficient in using computer systems and navigating various software applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a relevant field is a plus.
