Job Description
Sutherland Bulgaria is looking for motivated international customer service professionals in the hospitality sector to join our dynamic, multicultural team. For those of you who are interested in tourism, we offer you to get closer and work with one of the most recognized airline companies in Europe. This is the perfect role for you if:
- You want to be part of a team which is responsible for providing an excellent customer care service to the clients of the airline company – via phone and email
- You have great communication skills and you would be happy to support customers with reservations and flight changes in a polite and professional manner
- You have great command of Italian and English language
- You are looking for place where you can develop yourself professionally
Qualifications
As airline representative of a well-recognized company, our superpower is to inspire people to travel and support them with their reservation queries. Our role is to deliver a reliable and friendly service that differentiates us from other providers.
- Provide extensive care to customers and resolving their queries
- Provide advise on the flights availability and packages
- Expanding our network of loyal customers
- Enjoy dealing with the public and have the ability to provide excellent customer service with a ‘can do’ attitude
- It helps if you are hardworking, flexible and have an outgoing and friendly personality
- Having previous experience in travel agency, airline reservations or similar role will be considered as an advantage
