Sutherland Bulgaria is looking for motivated international customer service professionals in the hospitality sector to join our dynamic, multicultural team. • You have great communication skills and you would be happy to support customers with reservations and flight changes in a polite and professional manner

Qualifications
As airline representative of a well-recognized company, our superpower is to inspire people to travel and support them with their reservation queries. Our role is to deliver a reliable and friendly service that differentiates us from other providers.
• Provide extensive care to customers and resolving their queries
• Provide advise on the flights availability and packages
• Expanding our network of loyal customers
Have great command of German and English language
• Enjoy dealing with the public and have the ability to provide excellent customer service with a ‘can do’ attitude
• It helps if you are hardworking, flexible and have an outgoing and friendly personality
• Having previous experience in travel agency, airline reservations or similar role will be considered as an advantage
