Employment Flexibility and Shift Information:
- Seasonal Workload: Our operational demand fluctuates seasonally. Typically, the low season spans from September to November, with a gradual increase in volume from December onwards. We require more full-time employees from March to September.
- Part-Time Opportunities: We welcome part-time candidates who are open to transitioning to full-time during peak periods. It’s beneficial to have a several colleagues who are comfortable working part-time during the low season (September to November).
- Training and Transition: New hires will undergo a 7-week full-time training period, followed by an additional 2-3 months full-time to ensure a solid foundation. After this period, there is the flexibility to shift to part-time status if desired.
- Shift Coverage: Current shifts cover from 07:00 to 00:00, Monday to Friday. While weekend shifts are currently unlikely, flexibility to accommodate potential future weekend work is required.
