For one of our clients – a worldwide pioneer in providing exceptional client interactions,
enhancing lives with each engagement for the leading global brands, we are looking for – Air
Travel Voice Support with English (day and later shifts/on-site).

Responsibilities:
*Handle phone inquiries concerning customer questions about partner policies, guidelines,
and procedures;
*Assist with requests for real-time flight status updates and baggage tracking details;
*Provide clear and accurate information regarding fare structures, discounts, and promotional offers;
*Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving customer concerns efficiently and professionally;
*Ensure compliance with company standards while delivering high-quality customer support;
*Act as a brand ambassador, fostering positive customer relationships through effective communication.

Qualifications:
*Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or a related field;
*Strong verbal and written communication skills in English;
*Ability to multitask and handle inquiries in a fast-paced environment;
*Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset;
*Familiarity with digital platforms and customer support software;
*High level of patience, empathy, and adaptability when assisting customers.
