For one of our clients – a visionary company, operating in the cargo handling industry, we are
on quest to find seasoned, organized and detail-oriented people for the role of Accountant
(Remote).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Own the Accounting Process: Record daily transactions and oversee all aspects of accounting with accuracy;
* Ensure Data Quality: Guarantee completeness, accuracy, and quality of all financial data;
* Build Local Partnerships: Interact daily with business associates to support seamless operations;
* Maintain Compliance: Deliver services that meet established controls and procedures;
* Reconcile Accounts: Review, follow up, and reconcile balance sheets to ensure all accounts are in order;
* Solve Issues: Investigate discrepancies, resolve unusual cases, and collaborate with supervisors on solutions;
* Support Transitions & Audits: Engage in transitions, assist with audits, and collaborate with global process owners.

Requirements:
* Experience: 2-4 years in financial operations;
* Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics;
* Problem-Solving Skills: Experience handling queries from simple to complex;
* Process Knowledge: Understanding of Record to Report processes;
* Language Skills: Proficiency in English (spoken and written);
* Tech Savvy: Strong MS Office skills and ERP experience; SAP is a plus;
* Shared Services Background: Experience here is a bonus!
